Exercise during Pregnancy: How safe is it?

This video discusses the safety and benefits of exercising during pregnancy according to a new meta-analysis study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Current guidelines, precautions, and contraindications provide a holistic view of physical activity during pregnancy.
