Best Dietary Approaches to Support a Healthy Gut Microbiome

The connection between an altered gut microbiome and systemic inflammation has gained widespread support in the medical literature and in clinical practice. In this webinar, Dr. Blum will explore why the food you eat is the most important determinant of gut health, and show you the best dietary approaches to both support the microbiome and to reduce inflammation. It is critical that as clinicians we understand the importance of this connection, and then teach our patients how to support the health of the gut with food. We’ll also explore how the connection with stress and the mind provides an additional perspective and opportunity for a lifestyle medicine intervention.
